The human body is reliant on the free flow of communication for it to function productively, effectively and efficiently; and in the case of injury or illness its ability to heal and repair swiftly, effectively and preventatively. 

In order for an aspiring or elite sportsman or sportswoman to achieve their goals their body's systems needs to be functioning beyond the norm at what amounts to 100% of their full human potential. 

By way of enhancing the flow of communication on a bioelectromagnetic, cellular and molecular level, a sportsperson can overcome this fundamental limiter over-and-above any technique, performance or mind limiter.

This amounts to a process of  fine-tuning and rewiring of their circuitry system that can make the difference in whether or not they are able to achieve their goals and rise to the glory and exhilaration of being on the top of the podium.

 

So what is free-flow of communication? Every cell in the body forms part of a large circuitry system known as the bio-electromagnetic circuitry (BEC) system. The BEC system is composed of the electromagnetic fields produced from each cell, tissue and organ in the body. If there is a blockage or breakdown in communication it affects the functioning of the body on a: physical, physiological, energetic and mind level.  This is no different to the operation of any electrical circuitry board in any electrical devices.

Are there any limits? Simply NO.  How enhanced a person’s flow, is determined on how far that sportsperson wants to push their boundaries in respect to physical, mental, emotional, and energetic functioning. Your mind is your only limit. If it is open enough then you will realise there are no limits. Simply put, it is about how your brain and body is currently wired.

Currently wired? Because the BEC system incorporates every cell we can deduce that it includes that of the mind. Therefore it incorporates a person's entire life's experiences... including their past history, traumas, issues, injuries, high's and lows, wins, loses, injuries, DNS's and DNF's. In fact, everything that they have experienced...the good, the bad and the ugly. From their childhood all the way through to their adulthood.

Is there anything permanent? NO. On a mind level it is a matter of perception. What you think, know or do is solely based on how your brain is currently wired. The plasticity of the brain gives it the potential to press master reset buttons. However deep a thought or experience is buried, it is causing blockages in the free flow of communication. It is not about trying to eradicate them; it is about enabling a shift in the perception of them, which amasses to releasing blockages and enhancing free flow of communication.

Do you need to delve into the past?  NO. Why delve into the past. The past is the past, it can’t be changed. So why feed the issues more energy with cognitive or talk therapy. All that matters is how a person is functioning today and how they can experience shifts in their perception without the need to address them.

And the physical? Injuries, traumas and physical limiters are not a sign of weakness and neither should be pushed aside. Yes, they are currently an Achilles’ heal; however they are the body’s signpost, not to be ignored. That signpost can mean the difference between failure or accomplishing goals, by bringing weaknesses in line with strengths and taking them all the way forward in unison.

What about injuries and rehabilitation? Repair and rehabilitation doesn’t have limitations. The body’s ability to heal and repair is similarly based on how a person’s body and mind are currently wired and configured. Releasing blockages and increasing flow is what is fundamental in increasing recovery and rehabilitation levels whilst reducing the time-line.
